CDS Lead

6+ years of Object-Oriented programming experience in Java
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming design patterns and
methodologies
• Expertise in both client side and server side technology stacks in a J2EE setting.
• Extensive experience in applying open source technologies such as Struts,Spring,
Hibernate,etc
• Extensive experience with Web Service technologies such as Apache Axis, SOAP
and WSDL
• Familiar with source code control and versioning concepts
• Knowledge of RDBMS systems (Oracle) and an understanding of data structures,
data normalization, and query performance considerations
• Familiar with SQL (PL/SQL a plus)
• Familiar with Linux
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing team environment and meet
tight deadlines
• Experience using one or more web servers and Java EE application servers
• Strong business and technical writing, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand business problems, and be creative with strong problem
solving abilities
• Ability to quickly pickup new technologies, provide critical analysis and apply to
the ongoing projects if needed
• Quick learner and strong team player
