7. Apache tomcat and web server (Installing and setting up)

9. User Experience & UI skills
10. Charting technologies
11. Java Design patterns
12. MVC architecture
13. CVS
14. JDBC/ODBC
15. Oracle
16. PL/SQL
17. High volume transaction, query optimization
18. Unix
19. Defining database structure
20. Some experience of leadership in a project since I cannot afford to use existing leads for this
also. It should be treated as a independent project from framework.
21. Proper Documentation and clear communication skills.
