Job description:
Experience: 5-8years
Location: Hyderabad
Type of Hire: Permanent roles
Note: Experience in Big four is preferred.

Requirements:
Knowledge in US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards
Prior experience on 10Q and 10K preparation
Prior experience on finalization of financial statements of Indian companies
Basic Knowledge of Companies Act & Schedule VI
Should have previous experience on review/preparation of monthly reconciliations
Exposure in the Software Companies listed in US is added advantage.

Responsibilities
Ensure the timely MIS reporting to corporate office every month
Preparation of quarterly financials of the group in set form 10Q
Liaison with the auditor and resolve audit queries for audit of Indian subsidiaries and
ensure smooth finalization.
