CCNP – Network Consulting Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create new Intellectual property around Smart Call Home Diagnostics, and Environmental checks
• Collaborate with BU product management to build a feature list and roadmap
• Guide Rule developers on network features, diagnostics and rules
• Mine knowledge to build troubleshooting rules, best practices

Expereince: 3-6 yrs exp.
Requirements

• CCNP
• Excellent communication skills
• Routing and Switching knowledge
• Willingness to work in a cross-function role that does not involve network design or implementation
• Passion to drive knowledge management (capture, share, reuse)
• Strong planning and multi-tasking skills
• Familiarity with Cisco tools like Output Interpreter, Error Message Decoder and services like Smart Care, Audits etc is a plus
• Network Management background is a plus

CCNA – Rule Developer

Skill set:

CCNA, SQL, Shell/perl scripting.

Networking knowledge

Work experience: 0-3 yrs
