Description:
SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Professional with indepth SAP SolMan expertise to design, configure and deploy SAP SolMan for our client. In addition, ideal candidates will have the ability to establish the post-cutover support processes, with particular emphasis on integration of Change and Release Management(CHARM) and Service desk.
Skills:
Demonstrated end to end implementation experience with the ASAP and Run-ASAP methodologies
leveraging Solution Manager. Focus is on ASAP skills including but not limited to executing a full life cycle SAP project in Solution Manager involving initial setup, best practices knowledge, mentoring and consulting
with project teams, presenting & leading in meetings.
In-depth knowledge of SAP Solution Manager 7.0 planning, design, and deployment
Experience customizing and modifying SAP Solution Manager
Experinece with implementiong functionaly for Change and Release Management (ChaRM), Service Desk
Integration of Change and Release Management (CHARM) and Service desk.
Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Full life cycle development experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of industry standard tools
