along with Analytical skills.
1. User profile Management
2. BRMS - Creating Control groups and policies - Scheduling Backups using scheduler and ROBOT - Omitting Libraries/Objects from Backup - Changing the attributes of the BRMS policies and Control group - Native and BRMS method of saving objects/Libraries - Native and BRMS method of restoring objects/Libraries
3. ROBOT - Creating date objects OPAL
Programming language Starting and Ending ROBOT
4. MIMIX - Creating Data Groups- Monitoring Data Groups
- Trouble shooting Data Groups for synchronization with production box
- Should know how to run rules
5. LPAR Creation Resource sharing between LPAR Patch Management (Cum and Group) 3rd party software installation OS
Upgrade DR Build Lift and Drop of the system (While changing it to new H/W) MIMIX Switch Test
6. Coordinating with DC Guys and IBM guys for replacement of H/W units
7. SST and DST
8. Managing LPARS using HMC Activate and Deactivate LPARS using HMC
Resource sharing using HMC( like Processor) Changing modes from Normal to Manual
How to check the HMC logs 9. ATL Moving the Drives from LPAR to Another MCA ATL reset How to check the ATL logs Excellent communication skills required.
Prior experience of interaction with global clients will be a definite plus
