Requirement:
The Role is for Principal Software Engineer to lead a team responsible for end-2-end delivery of number of interfaces and data conversion activities. The person should have right attitude to analyze the requirements, define solutions, provide inputs for build (most of the code development would happen outside this team), Identify the end-to-end test scenarios, write Test Scripts and Track the defects to closure, play key role in rollout planning and execution and post-implementation support during warranty period and to liaise with vendors and members of other streams to ensure on-time delivery.
Should have worked on Integration environment (EAI/ETL) in development / support project
Strong troubleshooting skills on BizTalk and/or SSIS
Should have full experience in SDLC cycle and different phases of testing
Should have completed atleast two end-2-end implementation projects
Should have experience in automated/manual testing and worked with tools like Clear Case , Clear Quest & awareness of quality processes
Contribute and participate in project reviews, quality reviews and audits
Provide status updates to the manager and customer at the desired and agreed intervals
Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner
Ensure that deliverables for each phase are as per requirements and on-time and of the required quality
Maximize available capability and potential of the team towards delivery
Prepare guidelines and checklists for the team, and allocate tasks.
Ensure that all administrative processes are completed on a timely basis
Provide mentoring and guidance to the team members.
