Description: Should be Proficiency in implementing solutions utilizing ITIL framework
and best practices Should have Experience on Topaz/BAC /Site scope Experience in HP
BAC & Sitescope Vugen / QTP Scripting Knowledge required (Mandatory)
1. Should be Proficiency in implementing solutions utilizing ITIL framework and best practices
2. Should be Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies
3. Experience in Building strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint
4. Technical capabilities, Testing knowledge
5. Should have Experience on Topaz/BAC /Site scope
6. Should have Process awareness , Problem analysis and resolution
7. Experience in servers, client server architecture
8.Experience in Management, planning work & tracking, metrics and status reporting
9.Vugen / QTP Scripting Knowledge required (Mandatory)
10. Data base technologies like SQL Server/Oracle etc. Must have 1 year of experience in software testing (web based applications)
